How You’ll Make an Impact

Drive strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact Inspire senior management with compelling ideas on where to take the company Continuously shape a yearly program to engage with the board on the future of the industry and Siemens Energy positioning Manage and steer multiple stakeholders in the company`s strategy process, e.g. business area strategy and regional hubs Monitor progress on crucial transformation initiatives deriving corrective actions Build a strong network of industry thought leaders to sensor upcoming shifts What You Bring

Excellent university degree in Engineering Natural Sciences Business Administration or a related field such as Master MBA or PhD Several years of professional experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions Inspiring personality with strong ownership mindset and the ability to drive change Collaborative approach to complex projects in dynamic and diverse environments Strong communication skills in English combined with AI literacy and stakeholder management up to board level About the Team
