What you’ll be doing
Qualify enterprise leads coming through download content, demo requests, webinar sign-ups and other sources
Execute effective outbound campaign to identify new business opportunities
Apply consultative sales methodologies to interact with large organizations and understand their priorities
Work closely with our sales and marketing executives to drive pipeline in a sustainable way
Use your selling skills to set up qualified appointments
Constantly keep up to speed with learning about our product to provide high level introduction to our future customers
Think of new ways to improve the prospecting process and increase results and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Management
What you need to be successful
2+ years of work experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
University degree or professional training in the area of business administration/economics/communication o.e.
Curiosity about the topic of employee communication
Strong outbound, research and pitching skills
A problem-solving approach while thinking both creative and analytical
Great organizational, time management and relationship building skills
Motivation to grow both personally and professionally
A team player who loves celebrating successes together
Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently in day-to-day sales activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Business Fluent English language skills
Fluency in a third language such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus
