Deine Aufgaben

An unserem Standort in Hilden (nahe Düsseldorf) bist du verantwortlich für die Reparatur, Fehlersuche und Wartung von Laborgeräten für unsere QIAGEN Kunden

Du verfolgst die Serviceziele und Schlüsselindikatoren zur Aufrechterhaltung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit

Das Arbeiten unter Einhaltung interner Qualitätsmanagement-Richtlinien und des Berichtswesens, sowie der kundenspezifischen Arbeitsanweisungen zählt ebenso zu deinen Tätigkeiten

Du wickelst den kompletten Reparaturfluss vom Wareneingang bis zum Warenausgang ab

Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Datenpflege und die Reporterstellung in unseren internen Datensystemen, z.B SalesForce

Bei Bedarf unterstützt du auch unser Ersatzteilmanagement

Dein Profil

Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich: z.B. Medizintechnik, Kommunikationselektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau Feinmechanik oder Ähnliches

Wünschenswert sind 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Service Support / After Sales Service, idealerweise in der Wartung und Reparatur von medizinischen Geräten

Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in Microsoft Office Anwendungen sammeln

Du zeichnest dich durch eine sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus

Die Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung und Interesse an neuen Technologien, sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
