A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day coordinating with cross-functional teams within the GSO organization, aligning on ongoing quality improvement initiatives and project milestones. Throughout the day, you lead project meetings, review KPIs, and provide guidance to team members executing quality initiatives. You spend focused time analyzing complex quality issues, performing root cause analyses, and defining corrective actions. Collaboration with stakeholders and senior management ensures transparency on progress and risks. Additionally, you work on refining processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards while mentoring less experienced colleagues.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Leadership and management of quality improvement projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and objectives Coordination of cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and international quality standards Development of project plans, definition of KPIs, and reporting of progress to stakeholders and senior management Execution of in-depth root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address quality deviations Analysis of quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Identification, implementation, and documentation of process improvements and changes using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma What You Bring
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field combined with many years of professional experience in quality management within manufacturing, aerospace, or energy sectors Proven expertise in managing large and complex quality improvement projects as a subject matter expert Strong skills in project management, process improvement, continuous improvement methodologies, and change control Advanced analytical capabilities including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and structured investigation techniques Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and Project Management Professional or equivalent Extensive experience in quality management, field service, manufacturing, or customer service environments combined with strong mentoring and collaboration capabilities as well as fluent German language skills (C1 level or native proficiency) About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
