About the role
Contract period: Start ASAP — end of 2026
Focus: Handle partner contacts efficiently and with high quality while providing a consistent partner experience.
GetYourGuide partners rely on fast, clear, and correct support. We’re looking for a freelancer who can take ownership of day-to-day partner requests, solve issues end-to-end, and keep communication tight, friendly, and professional.
You will:
As our Freelance Partner Engagement Specialist, you will focus on operational partner support and account handling:
Manage partner contacts end-to-end: Respond to inbound partner requests via email, clarify needs, and drive cases to resolution.
Deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently: Provide accurate answers, strong follow-ups, and clear next steps—without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Spot patterns and propose improvements: Flag recurring issues and friction points, and suggest practical fixes.

Partners get fast first responses and clear resolutions
Cases are handled with consistent logic and excellent documentation
Escalations are well-scoped (right details, right owner, right urgency)
Communication is simple, polite, and confident
Improvement ideas are shared
Who you are:
Strong operational support experience, ideally in B2B, marketplaces, travel, or customer service operations
Confidence handling a high volume of partner messages while keeping quality high
Clear, structured written communication (you can explain complex topics simply)
Comfortable working with customer service tools
Ability to work independently
English fluency (written and spoken)
