Job Description: We are currently looking for an AOG Resolution Manager (d/f/m) to join our team in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, Germany.

You will become a member of Satair, an Airbus Services company providing aircraft spares and services worldwide. We are a key part of Customer Services and a global organisation supporting material management solutions around the clock. Our team in Hamburg and Washington collaborates closely to manage highest priority material cases and ensure operational readiness for our customers.

  HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

Providing functional guidance and operational leadership during assigned shifts, acting as shift lead on complex and critical cases.

Managing and processing customer material orders for airlines, maintenance organisations and global customers.

Sourcing parts from global networks, including monitoring procurement activities and initiating escalation or withdrawal processes when necessary.

Ensuring on-time delivery of spare parts and related services using technical and commercial data.

Delivering high-quality responses to customer requests, enhancing customer satisfaction and communication performance.

Balancing and prioritizing daily operational workloads while supporting shift planning and cross-customer activity overviews.

Managing shift handovers and critical case escalations seamlessly.

This position requires shift work on a 24/7/365 pattern including weekends, nights and bank holidays (35 hours per week plus 2.5 hours due to the shift model, total 37.5 hours per week).

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Production or a related discipline, paired with professional experience in logistics, supply chain or customer service within the aviation industry, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

Technical background with the ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.

Strong customer orientation with the ability to proactively take initiative, solve issues and deliver tailored solutions.

Collaborative mindset with experience in guiding, motivating and training team members in shift environments.

Structured and practical working style, maintaining focus when dealing with unexpected situations and tight deadlines.

Negotiation level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
