For Luxembourg or Frankfurt we are searching for a(n)

Intern / Working Student – Human Resources Administration & Reporting Support (m/f/d)   As part of our HR team, you will support a variety of administrative, recruiting, and reporting activities while gaining hands-on experience.   Your Responsibilities:

Support in preparation and maintaining HR reports and dashboards using Excel

Support in optimizing Excel files, formulas, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems and data quality

Support HR administration and maintain employee and candidate data in HR systems

Assist and provide administrative support  

Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational activities and ongoing HR projects   Your Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program

First practical experience through internships or working student positions is an advantage

Strong MS Office skills, particularly strong Excel skillset is mandatory

Confidence in working with data, reports, and spreadsheets

High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail

Fluent in both English and German (min C1) is mandatory

Available for a minimum of 6 months

Desired start date before October 2026

Work permit must be in place
