We are looking for Salesforce Core Developers with strong hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. The role focuses on translating functional and technical designs into high-quality, scalable implementations and supporting complex, business-critical use cases.   The Developer works closely with Solution Architects, consultants, and business stakeholders and plays a key role in ensuring technical quality, performance, and maintainability of the solution.   Must-have skills:

Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Developer in complex projects Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Apex) Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and platform configuration Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems Good understanding of Sales and/or Service processes and standard Salesforce capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams Basic knowledge or experience with Experience Cloud is considered a plus

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience with Experience Cloud implementations or customer-facing portals Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and source control within Salesforce projects

Salesforce certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Salesforce Administrator
