Job Description

Your Role

As a Working Student in Sales, you will support the South West Europe Sales team in driving both client retention and new business development across Switzerland, Italy. Liechtenstein, France, Iberia and Benelux. Working closely with the Head of South West Europe and the team, you will contribute to key commercial initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor market developments, competitive activity, regulatory changes, and key events affecting Corporates, Banks (MTBs), and Institutional/Asset Manager clients across South West Europe, and provide market intelligence to support 360T's sales strategy and business development activities. Drive Internal coordination across Frankfurt-based teams to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up with prospective clients. Execute client communication campaigns using 360T's standard Salesforce templates. Support client onboarding by driving test account activation, platform adoption, and user engagement. Organize and participate in client events, industry conferences, networking activities, and marketing initiatives across the South West Europe region to promote 360T's products and strengthen market relationships.

Your Profile

You are a based in Frankfurt or the surrounding area currently studying for a degree of business administration, business education or finance Hands-on attitude, autonomous and entrepreneurial spirit You are proficient in at least one South Western European language, with fluent English required You have a strong interest in financial markets, particularly Finance, Trading, Foreign Exchange Ideally you bring a solid understanding of sales processes, including LinkedIn engagement and basic automation tools You feel comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling and direct client interaction Demonstrated strong curiosity combined with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
