Job Description
Your Role
As a Working Student in Sales, you will support the Central Europe Sales team in driving both client retention and new business development across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Croatia/Slovenia. Working closely with the Head of Central Europe Sales and the team, you will contribute to key commercial initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor market developments and key events affecting Interbank and Corporate Treasury clients across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Slovenia. Build and manage a pipeline of regional prospects through research, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and first-contact activities. Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up with prospective clients. Execute client communication campaigns using 360T's standard Salesforce templates. Support client onboarding by driving test account activation, platform adoption, and user engagement. Organize client and prospect events across the CEE region, primarily targeting interbank clients, with future expansion to corporate clients.
Your Profile
You are a based in Frankfurt or the surrounding area currently studying for a degree of business administration, business education or finance Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit You are proficient in at least one Central & Eastern European language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian), with fluent English required You have a strong interest in financial markets, particularly Finance, Trading, FX, and Crypto Ideally you bring a solid understanding of sales processes, including LinkedIn engagement and basic automation tools You feel comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling and direct client interaction Demonstrated strong curiosity combined with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
