A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of the Global Training Team, you will evaluate the needs for power transformer and switchgears related common training content, such as foundational topics like transformer or switchgear basics. You will be responsible for creating this shared training material and ensuring consistency and alignment across multiple sites to uphold uniform training standards. By coordinating efforts across various locations, you will also help prevent the duplication of similar content and promote efficient collaboration within the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Assess training material needs of local sites and gather, review, and consolidate local content for white and blue collar technical and non-technical trainings Collaborate with local training managers, trainers, and subject matter experts and external suppliers to develop training materials, including presentations, videos, AI-supported videos, e-learnings, interactive digital training, and AR/VR trainings Oversee version control and continuous improvement of training materials Continuously adapt and enhance existing training offerings, including digital formats (theory and practical exercises) Support the definition and enhancement of training curricula for both workshop and office training programs Act as the primary interface to the internal and external supplier network and coordinate supplier activities

What You Bring

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field Long-term professional experience as a Technical Trainer, Training Content Developer, or in a comparable role Strong knowledge of Energy Grid Technology products, particularly Power Transformers and Switchgears Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging, interactive technical training programs and learning content Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills; formal certifications in training and education are an advantage Excellent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
