Ihre Aufgaben
Position Summary: The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for maintaince and repair of the current and future equipment base. This entails periodic maintenance, repair, new installation and training of electromedical equipment in Spain and Portugal in public and private hospitals and private clinics. The main responsibility is to maintain customers and build up a confident relationship with each customer. Hence,to be the point of contact for any questions or request arisen by the customers in a timely manner and fullfil customer expectations.
Specific Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance of equipment. Both scheduled and unscheduled (out of service plans) Installation of new equipment Training on new equipment to customer, users and maintenance department Corrective Maintenance: Answer to any request from the customer of an equipment with problems. Do whatever it takes to put the equipment in proper conditions in the minimum amount of time Manage the spares and accesories needed to fulfil the tasks and services. The service technician is responsible to order and get all material needed in a timely manner Maintain car stock updated Manage your agenda Removal of equipment if needed and take care of necessary documentation Be resposible of spares and accesories needed Responsible of own tools and ask for calibration if needed Write and manage daily reports and send to customer accordingly Sales support in DEMOs
Ihr Profil
Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic technician, degree preferred rofessional course in electromedicine is a plus Medical Devices experience (2 years minimum) Medical Laser experience (Desirable) X-Ray devices Knowledge is a plus Experience working in hospital as a field service engineer (2 years minimum) Problem solver and learning attitude Organized ERP knowledge IT Skills (MS Office, ERP...) Spanish and English written and spoken
