Senior Technical Project Manager (all genders)

Job Description

Manage strategic and operational projects across multiple systems and teams in the payments area Evaluate and translate business requirements to ensure technically sound and efficient solutions Work closely with other teams to coordinate partner integrations and applications, ensuring the successful implementation of required adjustments and the creation of state-of-the-art solutions Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery Support day-to-day operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Completed degree in business informatics or a related field 2–5 years of experience in (agile) IT project management and business analysis within a tech-driven environment Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels Strong analytical skills, fast comprehension, and an organized, hands-on approach Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent communication skills Excellent English skills, both written and spoken Confident use of JIRA and MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace Experience in designing process flows is a plus Knowledge of the payments, fintech, or e-commerce sectors is beneficial Familiarity with change management, such as introducing new processes or supporting organizational change, is an advantage
