Your role in our team

You will join the VP Office as a central organizational unit within MOIA, supporting the development and scaling of innovative mobility operations.

In close collaboration with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions, we focus on improving how services are developed, operated, and continuously enhanced. This includes strengthening operational effectiveness, enabling scalable ways of working, and leveraging data and new technologies to drive meaningful improvements.

As part of a small and dynamic team, you will gain direct exposure to strategic topics, support decision-making processes, and contribute to projects with visible impact.

What you will do

Support the VP Office in day-to-day activities, including structuring topics, preparing materials, and coordinating across stakeholders

Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives by conducting research, structuring analyses, and summarizing insights for decision-making

Support the exploration and application of new tools and technologies (including AI-based solutions) in selected use cases

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and ways of working

Help prepare and follow up on workshops, meetings, and decision forums

Contribute to data-related tasks, such as basic analysis, structuring datasets, and preparing insights

Support the documentation, structuring, and communication of key topics within the team

Take ownership of smaller tasks or workstreams and drive them forward independently with guidance

What will help you to fulfil your role

Currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor’s or early Master’s program in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field

To support your personal development and enable you to take ownership of topics, you should be enrolled for at least one more year

Strong interest in strategy, operations, and how organizations work end-to-end

First exposure to data analytics (e.g. Excel, Python, BI tools) or a strong willingness to learn

Interest in new technologies and digital tools (including AI), ideally with some initial hands-on experience

Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex topics

Independent and reliable way of working, combined with a proactive attitude

Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear, structured materials (e.g. presentations, summaries)

Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to take initiative

Fluency in English; German is a plus

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds — even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you’re excited about the role and MOIA’s mission, we’d love to hear from you!
