This role combines the core responsibilities of a Process/Product Owner with a deep focus on technical process ownership. Instead of managing a product, you will have the unique opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of a business model cluster (e.g., wholesale or dropshipping).

Your mission is to ensure the technical and operational stability of its processes while proactively shaping and improving the system for the future. 

You will lead incident handling, root cause analysis, and drive process improvements in close collaboration with both business and tech teams.

Champion the operational excellence of your business model cluster, taking full ownership of all data flows - from product and pricing to orders, shipments, and cancellation Perform hands-on incident handling and technical bug investigation to understand the root cause Communicate investigation results and recommended resolutions to application teams Strategically leverage insights from these investigations to drive the analysis and implementation of long-term preventative measures and shape system improvements Define, lead, and optimize E2E testing strategies for critical initiatives, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality deployments Establish and optimize processes for bug lifecycle management, turning a reactive process into a continuous driver of operational excellence Collaborate with other Technical Process Owners to share best practices and drive cross-business model improvements and alignment

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a tech-business interface role (e.g., Process Owner, Technical PM, Business Analyst) Advanced SQL skills and proficient database knowledge, with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets and identify key patterns Hands-on experience in incident handling and root cause analysis A solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows Ability to read and interpret logs and payloads Proficient with Postman or similar API testing tools Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Nice To Have

Experience in eCommerce Experience with middlewares
