Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions Manager, you will support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, investments, and acquisitions that drive growth and portfolio transformation within Gas Services. Working closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions, you will develop business cases, perform financial analyses, support transaction execution, and contribute to strategic decisions at senior management level.

Identify and assess strategic partnership and M&A opportunities Develop business cases, financial models, valuation analyses, and executive presentations Support due diligence and transaction execution in collaboration with Corporate M&A and cross-functional teams Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities Contribute to partnership development and maintenance of strategic external relationships Support post-deal integration and value realization activities

What You Bring

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Extensive professional experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with experience in transaction processes, due diligence, and strategic projects Proven track record in preparing management presentations and investment recommendations International experience, ideally in the United States, through professional assignments, studies, projects, or transaction exposure Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, with German as a plus

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
